It's time to focus on healing your skin. This therapy starts with an anti-bacterial salicylic acid peel. Since salicylic acid is oil soluble it goes deeper into pores for effective pore clearing. The next step is to prepare your skin for extractions - we use a desincrustation (oil softening) solution and warm steam. Now you're ready for safe removal of blackheads, whiteheads and surface pustules. Sonopeel vibration gently coaxes oil out of pores as it encourages advanced exfoliation. After extractions and an antibacterial healing masque, comes our blue LED light treatment. This is a critical part of this therapy. This medical grade, FDA approved treatment works by killing acne-causing bacteria at the source, deep beneath the skin’s surface. It is also an effective tool for reducing sebaceous secretions (aka oil). A bit of red LED light therapy is added for its calming, anti-inflammatory and healing abilities. You might also consider to follow up with weekly LED Blue light treatments to get a handle on your problem skin and experience quicker results.
