Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be guaranteed by a credit card, gift number or pre-payment. In the event that you must cancel, we request a 24-hour notice in order to avoid billing. Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice will be billed for the full amount unless we are able to fill the appointment. We will give you a courtesy call two days in advance of your appointment.

Return Policy

Unused products may be refunded (by the same method used for payment) within 30 days of the original purchase date. Otherwise, there are no refunds and no charge backs, but you can return any product within 60 days for any reason in exchange for other Elizabeth Renee products or a gift certificate. We have over 100 products and guarantee everything for your skin's satisfaction, so if something is not working, we encourage you to try another product.
